Is this shower head really only 2.5gpm

The flow rate of this shower head (item #J020346-BN) is about 2.5 GPM, but the actual flow rate still depends on the water pressure at your home. Actually, 2.5 GPM is large enough to use. Or if you want to get better flow rate, we suggest using 3/4\" copper pipes for plumbing connection or adding a pump to gain enough water pressure when the home water pressure is not large enough.
