Using Your Account

A LadyYard account makes shopping at our site much easier, allowing you to:

1. Check the status of your current order and keep track of the previous orders.
2. Contact Customer Service with questions you have.
3. Store your shipping and billing...

1.    Hold your mouse over "SIGN IN" at the top right of any page to see a Login section.
2.    Click on the Forgot Your Password link below the Login button.
3.    Enter the email addr...

To update your shipping or billing address:
1. Sign into your account and click “Address Book”.

 


2. Edit your billing address or add/edit a shipping address.
 

To update your shipping or billing address:
1. Sign into your account and click “Account Information”.


2. Enter your desired new email address, then click “Save”.
