could this be used outdoors

We don\'t highly recommend this light to be used in an outdoor location, since it is exposed bulb style without sealed shade, also wood made, strong sunlight or any rain/moisture is not good for the light fitting. Instead, the light has the shade made of waterproof material such as glass with sealed shade would be better.
